FAQ

  • Bringing Guests with You to the Conference
    • You are welcome to share your single room with someone who is not registered for the conference. Chattanooga is a lovely city with lots to do so they can fill their days will all sorts of exploring. However, they will be limited to non-conference involvement. For example:
      • Guests are not allowed during lunch. Our meal quantities are planned only for participants. When exploring if we could add a “guest meal” option, it was cost prohibitive.
      • No guests or children of attendees should be brought into the classroom. Classrooms will be filled with teacher and student materials therefore access is limited to registered attendees only.
  • How to Add Extra Nights to Your Existing Registration
    • Return to our registration site, scroll down below the base conference ticket options and select the number of extra nights in the same type of room (single vs. shared) you registered with initially.
    • On the next page, you will have to reenter information you entered initially (sorry, can’t change that).
      • When asked for your workshop selection select No Workshop, adding an extra night. This will prevent you being double booked into your workshop.
    • Enter your payment information and click Buy Tickets to complete your purchase.
    • CLICK HERE to return to our registration site.
  • Bringing Pets: Hotel Policy Explained
    • This is completely between you and the hotel. You will need to notify them of this yourself AFTER August 22. You can reach them at (770) 622-6391.
      • The hotel will not be aware of your reservation until after August 22. All of you reservation information is collected by us and supplied to them at that time.
    • No pets will be allowed in the classrooms.
  • Do I need to bring a sewing machine with me?
    • If your workshop requires a sewing machine to participate, you need to bring one with you. No sewing machines will be provided.
    • If your workshop indicates that no sewing machine is required, you will not need to bring one.
